Where will my order be shipped?
All backpacks will be delivered directly to your child's school for district distribution. Orders will not be shipped to individual home addresses. Please make sure the correct school is selected at checkout.
When will backpacks be delivered?
Orders are processed in bulk and are expected to arrive prior to the start of school in August. The district will distribute backpacks to students once delivery is complete.
Will I receive tracking information?
Because orders are delivered in bulk to the district, individual tracking numbers will not be provided. Updates will be shared once distribution is complete.
Can I change the school after ordering?
Please double-check your school selection before placing your order. Once orders are submitted, changes may not be guaranteed due to bulk processing.
Are returns or exchanges accepted?
All sales are final. Because orders are placed in bulk and delivered directly to schools, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been submitted.
When is the deadline to order a backpack?
The deadline to place your order is May 1, 2026. Orders must be submitted by this date to ensure delivery prior to the start of school in August. Orders placed after the deadline may not be fulfilled.
